Return and Exchange Policy

At Rustling Pages, we aim to keep our policies clear and easy to follow. Please review the terms below before making a purchase.

Books
All book sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on new or used books.

Café Items
Food and beverage purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

Merchandise
Non-book merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by a receipt. A $5 restocking fee applies to all merchandise exchanges.

Defective or Damaged Items
If an item is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days so we can assist you.

Special Orders
Special-order books and merchandise are final sale.
